I realized that adding a small amount of butter or canola oil before cooking the egg would prevent sticking next time. Despite this minor issue, I noticed that my breakfast tasted better than usual, probably because everything cooked so smoothly. There was no sticking, no struggling, and no need to adjust the stove temperature. I have a ceramic stove with settings such as Simmer, Lo, 1 through 9, and Hi. I set the burner to 5 and kept it constant throughout the cooking process, resulting in perfectly cooked food. Highly recommended.
