Failed Souffle
Ingredients:
— 4 eggs
— 1/4 cup of flour
— 1/4 cup of sugar
— 1/4 cup of milk
— 1 tsp of vanilla extract
— Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F (176.67 °C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and frothy.
- Add the flour, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the eggs and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a souffle dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Take the souffle out of the oven and realize it has not risen.
- Lastly, brush with a very nice layer of disappointment, and serve immediately. 😔
