I assume the game uses Urinal Engine 5, from how it visually looks (if it’s UE4 it’s definitely bottom of the barrel optimization still). Main menu runs at 37FPS for some reason – perhaps the devs had the attitude of the game’s protagonist after a few beers when compiling it.
