Cleaning a Touch Screen
- Select a microfiber cleaning cloth for the best result. Some devices come with a cleaning cloth. Alternatively, you may use a cleaning cloth for a pair of glasses.
- Turn off the device before cleaning, as it is usually easier to see where to clean when the device is turned off.
- Brush the screen with the microfiber cloth in small circles. This will eliminate most dirt that can come off easily.
- If some dirt or smudges remain, lightly dampen a cotton cloth and gently wipe the screen using circular motions.
- Finish by giving the screen one final wipe with the microfiber cloth, but don’t rub too hard. If there’s any leftover moisture, just let it air dry. Always avoid applying too much pressure when cleaning the screen.
